Restore VXCharts windows to primary monitor

Solution

Laptop users often use an additional external display to trade.

When the external display is disconnected, the VXCharts windows can be brought back to view using the following steps:

1. Hover the mouse cursor of the VXCharts icons in the taskbar to show the window previews

2. Right click on the window previews and select Restore to primary monitor
