Infinity/TransAct requires traders to declare themselves as non-professional traders.
If you get the message errUnDocumentUser, it basically means you need to do the following steps:
1. Login at https://clientportal.transactfutures.com using your Infinity username and password
2. Click on the 1st tab CME Market Data and type in your full name and continue to the end
3. Return to https://clientportal.transactfutures.com
4. Click on the 2nd tab ICE Market Data, choose No and type in your full name and continue to the end
After you are done, contact your Infinity broker to get the account restriction lifted immediately.
